1. Educational Content Only
Candlesticks & Coffee provides futures trading education for informational purposes only. Nothing we publish, teach, demonstrate, or share constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other type of advice.
April and Candlesticks & Coffee are not registered investment advisors, broker-dealers, or financial institutions. All content including live sessions, course materials, blog articles, emails, Discord messages, and the Beginner's Survival Guide is strictly educational.
You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, the management of your own accounts, and the consequences of those decisions. Past performance shown or discussed is not indicative of future results.
2. Products and Services
Beginner's Survival Guide ($7): A one-time purchase digital download. Delivered immediately after payment. No refunds on digital products once downloaded.
Futures Trading Course ($97): A one-time purchase providing lifetime access to course materials and two weeks of live community access. No refunds after access has been granted.
Pro Trader Community ($200/month): A recurring monthly subscription. You may cancel at any time through your member portal. Access continues through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
90-Day Mentorship ($2,997): A one-time purchase. All mentorship sales are final. No refunds are available.
3. Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
By completing your purchase you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this no-refund policy. Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. 4. Community Rules
Members of the Pro Trader Community and Discord server agree to the following rules. Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal without refund.
- No sharing of trade signals or telling other members when to buy or sell
- No promotion of other trading services, courses, or products
- No harassment, discrimination, or disrespectful behavior toward other members or the instructor
- No sharing of community content including session recordings outside of the community
- No sharing of your login credentials or Zoom access with non-members
- Members are responsible for their own trading decisions made as a result of community participation
5. Intellectual Property and DMCA
All content on candlesticksandcoffee.com and provided through our products and services — including but not limited to the Beginner's Survival Guide, course materials, blog articles, live session recordings, emails, and all written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of Candlesticks & Coffee and is protected by United States copyright law.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any of our content without written permission
- Share course materials, recordings, or the Survival Guide with non-members
- Use our content to create competing products or services
- Remove copyright notices from any materials
DMCA Notice: If you believe any content on our site infringes your copyright please send a written notice to info@candlesticksandcoffee.com including a description of the copyrighted work, the URL of the allegedly infringing content, your contact information, and a statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized.
Candlesticks & Coffee will respond to valid DMCA notices promptly. We also reserve the right to file DMCA takedown notices against any party reproducing our content without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law Candlesticks & Coffee, its owner, instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any trading losses, financial losses, indirect damages, or consequential damages arising from your use of our educational content or your trading decisions.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. No Guarantee of Results
We make no representations or guarantees that you will profit from futures trading as a result of participating in our programs. Trading results vary significantly based on individual effort, market conditions, capital, experience, and risk management. Any income or profit examples discussed are not typical and are not guarantees of your results.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to any of our products or services without refund if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in abusive behavior toward our community or staff, or use our platform in a way that could harm other members or our business.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court except where prohibited by law.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active members of material changes via email.
